The policy for quality assurance and improvement at the Hellenic Mediterranean University stems from the Greek Institutional Framework as well as from the European Framework (mainly the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education – ENQA and the European Qualifications Framework – EQF).

The quality assurance policy of the Hellenic Mediterranean University and its implementation strategy are implemented by the development and definition of criteria and procedures, as well as by monitoring their implementation, by the Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP). MODIP is a structure within the University that organizes, coordinates and implements the evaluation and quality assurance processes through the development and implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System.
