The preparation of the Internal Evaluation Report of the Academic Units requires the collection and systematic recording in the Annual Internal Reports of specific information and data that refer to the entire scope of the Department’s activities.
It is emphasized that the “Descriptive Forms” are completed for internal use, and are used by the Department for the preparation of the Annual Internal Reports, as well as the Internal Evaluation Report, and are not used for the evaluation of the members of the Teaching Staff. The data and information that are ultimately reflected in both the Annual Internal Report and the Internal Evaluation Report concern the overall activity of the Department.
The “Descriptive Bulletins” are intended to facilitate the collection and classification of the required data in order to serve in the compilation of the aggregated data and information of the Annual Internal Report and, at the same time, to make the quality assurance process the responsibility of all members of the academic unit.
A) INDIVIDUAL CENSUS FOR TEACHING STAFF MEMBERS (Faculty Member Census Form)
The individual census form for teaching staff members includes the following sections:

B) SEMESTER COURSE CENSUS (Semester Course Census Form)
The semester course census form includes the following sections:
- Basic course information
- Course organization
- Infrastructure
- Utilization of information and communication technologies (ICT)
- Student statistics
